Background reports
A quick note from your humble editor:
Circumstances beyond my control dictate an involuntary break from blogging for a few weeks. Rather than let the weblog sit stagnant, I’ve prepared a series of background reports summarizing a few of the major stories we’ve followed over the past two years. These will be published one per weekday while I’m away, each report highlighting a particular government’s track record on freedom and technology.
Regular coverage will resume mid November.
